These terms apply to your use of exolp.com (the "site"), which is run by ExoLP LLC ("ExoLP", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The site and our software

The site describes Pack-Star and Constellar and lets you request a demo. Using the software itself is governed by the licence or customer agreement you make with us, not by these terms.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• attack, probe, overload or interfere with the site or its demo form, including by sending automated or repeated requests;
• use it to send malicious code, spam or unlawful material;
• give someone else's personal information without their permission, or information you know to be false;
• copy, scrape or republish the site's content beyond what the law allows;
• suggest that you are ExoLP, or that ExoLP endorses you, when that isn't so.

3. Disclaimers

Not legal or regulatory advice

Information on this site, and anything Pack-Star or Constellar produces, is not legal, regulatory, environmental or safety advice. Pack-Star applies rules drawn from sources such as the U.S. Department of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (40 CFR) to the information you give it. But regulations change, state rules vary, and every shipment's facts are different. You remain responsible for classifying, packaging, marking, labelling, manifesting and shipping hazardous materials and waste correctly. Consult a qualified professional before relying on it for a shipment.

Not affiliated with the government

EPA, RCRAInfo and e-Manifest are names of U.S. government agencies and systems. ExoLP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Transportation or any other government agency.

Illustrations and sample data

The screens and examples on the site are simplified illustrations with sample data. The chemicals, codes, numbers and names in them are examples, not advice about any real material, shipment or facility, and features shown may change.

No paid endorsements

The site contains no affiliate links, sponsored content or paid endorsements. If that changes, we'll say so plainly wherever it appears.

The site is provided "as is"

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ExoLP and its members, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you; where that is so, our liability is limited as far as the law there permits.

5. Copyright, trademarks and credits

The site's text, design, graphics, illustrations and code belong to ExoLP or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own information. Anything more needs our written permission.

ExoLP, Pack-Star and Constellar, and the ExoLP star mark, are trademarks of ExoLP LLC. Please don't use them without our permission, except to refer accurately to our products. Other names on the site, such as those of government agencies and their systems, belong to their owners.

6. Copyright concerns

We respect others' rights, and the site doesn't host anything uploaded by visitors. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with:

2. the work you believe is infringed;
3. where on the site the material you object to appears, precisely enough for us to find it;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that its use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;

We'll review your notice and remove material that infringes.

We may change these terms. We'll post the new terms here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to that use.

10. Governing law
